Diet: Keto: Fat Loss: Fastest Way to Burn Belly Fat: Dr. Nick Zyrowski | YouTube

“Many people do fad diets that leave them disappointed and broken. The reason for this is because fad diets teach you techniques that are not sustainable. These strategies I teach in this video can be done by anyone. They are easy, simple to follow and are scientifically proven to get results.”

My Note: Dr. Nick Zyrowski doesn’t specifically mention Keto but his advice fits right into this liefestyle when Keto is done healthily, consistently, and when you adjust as necessary for your particular goals, health issues etc. I know, because I have personally seen the benefits as have thousands of others. Incorporating HIIT, Intermittent fasting (including OMAD), and a heavy focus on the most nutrient-dense foods available, greatly ups your chances at success. One thing about HIIT though, not everyone should max out to nigh complete exhaustion. If you have a primarily Vata Dosha constitution, if you have adrenal fatigue, if you have any other health conditions/limitation, then regular, light, exercise is best for you — until you can build up to HIIT, if you build up to it at all (not everyone can but you can definitely work towards it).

I started intermittent fasting a couple of years ago. It seems to be the best way to maintain weight and a flat stomach. I don’t eat between meals and stop eating after 5. Eat small portions with low sugar, pasta, bread, and rice. NO chips! Also have reduced alcohol consumption and it put my cholestrol in normal range. I’m a senior. There is something to the IF.

Thank you for this comment and the previous one as well — both are much appreciated. Regarding the Intermittent Fasting, it’s always a plus to hear successful accounts; it helps to encourage and motivate others. I’m glad you mentioned that you are a senior; many believe you have to be younger to do IF/Keto/Low-carb, and yet, the benefits are available for most everyone. The key is to (1) do the research and (2) try it out; talking is one thing, (informed) doing is another altogether. Thanks again.

I have done Keto dieting and tinkered with the other trendy diets during cutting phases. I have lost weight on all of them. I will give keto its praise it works at amazing speeds if someone sticks with it. Took me around 8 months to lose 80 lbs, not having a whole macro group to focus on make eating easier and I almost hated food was never hungry and stayed around 1300 calories a day. Really the perfect set up for someone that has lived years sedentary. I work out 10-15 hrs a week and no longer have a need for it but it certainly is beneficial for kick starting life altering body transformation.
