My Note: Dr. Nick Zyrowski doesn’t specifically mention Keto but his advice fits right into this liefestyle when Keto is done healthily, consistently, and when you adjust as necessary for your particular goals, health issues etc. I know, because I have personally seen the benefits as have thousands of others. Incorporating HIIT, Intermittent fasting (including OMAD), and a heavy focus on the most nutrient-dense foods available, greatly ups your chances at success. One thing about HIIT though, not everyone should max out to nigh complete exhaustion. If you have a primarily Vata Dosha constitution, if you have adrenal fatigue, if you have any other health conditions/limitation, then regular, light, exercise is best for you — until you can build up to HIIT, if you build up to it at all (not everyone can but you can definitely work towards it).
