Politics: Identity Politics: Manspreading ideology is ‘just a load of rubbish’ – YouTube

“Sky News contributor Daisy Cousens says she stopped calling herself a feminist after hearing the word ‘manspreading’ had been invented.”

My Note: As discussed in the video, handbag spreading, and obesity spreading, are far more of a problem (even far more of a preventable problem) than so-called man-spreading ever will be. While we’re at it, what ever happened to people routinely giving up their seat to the aged or infirm, and to pregnant women, etc.

Note the evil Handbaggery going on in the video above…

Note the evil “fat shaming” of this passenger who didn’t want to be squished for a long flight. Could she have handled it better? Yes, she should have politely asked to change seats due to the discomfort this would have caused her… and yet, no one seems to have any sympathy for people who are physically inconvenienced, sometimes very much so, by the obese who feel entitled to infringe upon the space that would normally be allotted to others (sometimes, there is even a smell aspect).

As shared in the past, I had a very overweight woman complain to the flight attendant because I would not keep my chair straight up on a flight from NY To London (7 hours). I had an injured back, she was seated behind me, and was too big to use her laptop (which she was insisting upon using) unless my seat was upright. Thankfully the flight attendant informed her that it was perfectly within my right to keep it back (even before I explained to her about the back issue). Simply put, there’s just too much info out there to remain obese for +95% of the people. Paleo, Keto, Carnivore, they all work… Use the techniques and stop expecting other people to accommodate your poor decisions. I’m speaking as someone who was categorised as “obese” at one point, being fifty-plus pounds over my suggested BMI weight. So it can be done, not easy, but it can be done.

Finally, shame can be defined as “a painful feeling of humiliation or distress caused by the consciousness of wrong or foolish behavior.” Gluttony means “excess in eating or drinking; greedy or excessive indulgence.” There was a time when shame was rightfully associated with gluttony; today it is “a shame” to be ashamed over i, or to dare cause one to feel ashamed because of it. Is there any wonder then, why:

The nation’s obesity rate is approaching 40 percent after holding around 34–35 percent between 2005 and 2012, according to data in The State of Obesity: Better Policies for a Healthier America 2018. No state has had a statistically significant drop in its obesity rate in the past five years. Six states—Iowa, Massachusetts, Ohio, Oklahoma, Rhode Island and South Carolina —saw statistically significant increases in their adult obesity rates between 2016 and 2017, according to the obesity report…. Seven states now have the dubious distinction of having 35 percent or more of the population battling obesity… With the latest data from the NHANES showing that 39.6 percent of adults and 18.5 percent of children ages 2 to 19 in America have obesity, the State of Obesity report noted that “these are the highest rates ever documented by NHANES.”” https://www.ama-assn.org/delivering-care/public-health/adult-obesity-rates-rise-6-states-exceed-35-7

Seriously people, we have to work together to (1) inform others; (2) encourage others; and to (3) stop enabling others via word or action, so that they can begin to turn their lives around. It’s imperative that we, as a nation, culture, and society, stop the stupidity known as modern (as opposed to classical) liberalism (think: leftists, progressives, social justice warriors, “Justice Democrats,” etc.). The soycialisation of America, and the rest of the world, will indeed be one of the major causes of our downfall. We need to speak up now… whilst we still can.
