I totally agree with Dr.Berg, digestion plays crucial role in our body and hair are not an exception.

All starts with digestion; if digestion is poor, vitamin and mineral absorption is as well. If mineral absorption is poor, Vitamins cannot be properly utilized; enzyme production/use will be adversely impacted; hormones will be out of balance; illnesses and disorders will multiply, etc. Proper gut leads to proper everything else.
