I believe what he says is spot on but trust, for many of us, it takes much grace. There may be a facade of being able to do what is suggested in the video by the efforts of a supposed ‘higher self,’ and some people may be able to go a long way in such change (secularly speaking), but the true essence of what is being said requires much more. It requires the work of the Holy Spirit, through union with the Person and Finished Work of Christ, all in light of the Purpose and Will of God the Father for His people, even… to conform them more and more to the image of His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ.
Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
